So many stale businesses have something about "continuous improvement" in their mission statements that the expression no longer has meaning.

If your business talks continuous improvement, why is changed resisted?

Why are new ideas met with zero enthusiasm?

Why is any kind of creative thinking treated as bothersome?

Why is there no collective efforts at real innovation?

You have heard of course that no two snowflakes are exactly alike. Of the billions and billions that have fallen to earth, no snowflake has ever been exactly duplicated.

That seems pretty remarkable until you think about complexity.

It's annoying. It can cause problems. It's disruptive. It's rude.

Sometimes it works so that encourages them to keep doing it.

But I say there are other ways to market and it's time to ban telemarketing.

Marketing is about getting the word out about your offering and building permission to supply more information. That is selling. Let people know you exist and what you do. Then obtain their permission to interact.
