Time is short. The new year begins in less than 2 months. If you are experiencing a partnership conflict, get it resolved before the new year. Why? Because once you cross into 2017, you start an entirely new tax problem. That complicates everything.
If you and your business partner are not getting along, get it fixed now. Remember, once the lawyers step in, the cost goes way up and few businesses survive the process.
