Support Labor
This is the day we set aside to support labor.
It is commonly said that anyone can succeed in this country through hard work. That’s getting harder but it is still possible.
Anyone who has built a business knows that labor is a cost. In most cases, labor is the highest fixed cost of most businesses. As the owner or manager it is tough to meet that cost and to deal with the read tape surrounding labor. Agreed.
But never forget that everything we have today in this great nation is the result of work performed by people. From the workers in the fields to the technician operating the most complex piece of technology, labor makes it all work.
