It’s so obvious I hate to even write this. But alas, there are people who still don’t get it.

If the guys in this boat are not working together, the boat will go in circles—or maybe it will go nowhere.

Someone wants to show that they are the strongest—they will row faster. Circles.

Someone is too smart to row, they will plan the course. Circles.

Someone will say it’s not their job to row; they design boats. Circles.

It comes down to maturity. Do the members have the maturity to achieve the goal or not? If it must be pointed out more than once, they probably don’t.
