I did not know that.

I keeping with my theme of trying to save you time and increase productivity, here’s a great little Outlook tip.

Outlook can map anyone in your address book. You do not have to go to a mapping site and input the address.

Here are the easy steps to getting anyone in your address book mapped in a hurry:

Go to Contacts. Find the person you wish to map. Open that contact by double-clicking on the chosen contact. Then, go to “Actions” on your menu and select “Display Map of Address”. BAM! You’ve got a map to your client’s doorstep. (Outlook 2003 and beyond)

Try it! It will take longer to read this post than it will to get your map.

Like it? I got a million of ’em.
