Meetings
We'll meet to review your answers. I'll help you understand the best practice used to address each point and every clause will be tailored to your liking. we'll have at least 2 Zoom meetings.
Drafts, Review, Finalize
I will prepare a first draft for your review. We'll make any necessary revisions and I will submit a final draft. When you approve, We'll post it to DocuSign to codify your Partnership Agreement.
