Initial Consultation
We talk. No pressure to go forward with me. All your questions are answered. I can meet with all partners together or separately. My job is to understand the situation and hear everyone's concerns.

Setup Negotiations
If you would like to proceed, we'll sign an NDA and have a preliminary fact-finding meeting. We'll decide what data to work with, and discuss the general rules of engagement.

Negotiation Facilitation
We'll work via Zoom. I'll guide the discussions and inform you of items to include in your agreement you might not have considered. Once we have a final agreement, I can prepare a final Purchase Agreement.
