So many stale businesses have something about “continuous improvement” in their mission statements that the expression no longer has meaning.
If your business talks continuous improvement, why is changed resisted?
Why are new ideas met with zero enthusiasm?
Why is any kind of creative thinking treated as bothersome?
Why is there no collective efforts at real innovation?
If your business isn’t practicing its e-mail slogan, stop saying it. Not doing what you claim to do hurts the business more than just staying quiet.
