Sometimes I have to boast.
Met some new people this week. One new client said something very nice, “I liked you instantly.”
Another said, “wow, actual helpful advice. There’s a first. Thank you. No one has been this helpful and it’s our first conversation.”
A client of one month: “I am so relieved. Business is up almost 100% after only a month! Thank you.”
Another client who told me that “things are finally getting better” said business was a tough nut to crack. I told him if you’re going to crack a nut, don’t make it a peanut.
I think I need to incorporate that in my collection of wise sayings.
If you are going to crack the business nut, don’t make it a peanut.
Yes, I like that.
