This is called a “short and sweet” post.
If you find yourself in a perpetual panic to meet deadlines, that is a symptom of disorganization.
At a conference recently I used the International Space Station and the free-floating astronauts as a metaphor for balance. Look at thing from the right elevation and move at the proper velocity and you maintain both orbit and weightlessness. Get too low and it takes more velocity than most can sustain. Go too fast and fly off into space. Go too slow and you’ll come crashing down.
There is a balance that successful people reach that permits them to operate weightlessly.
Don’t be fooled. They aren’t just floating around. The ISS makes it around the world in about an hour and a half.
Ponder it.
