Use your people to their best ability and not to the title you’ve made up for them.
If you have a problem solver, let them solve problems. If you have an artist, let them contribute design. If you have a strong organizer, let them organize.
To hell with the fragile egos of the fools with titles. If you have people easily bruised because someone else is smarter than they are, put the fool in a box where they can’t harm your business. Don’t be afraid—they won’t quit. Why would she? You’ve been catering to her. You protect her ego from more capable people. Dumb.
Let your talented people produce.
