None of those mentioned above have much value without good communication.
Improve communication and all of the above improve.
I can tell you, based on 25 years of business experience, that improving communication at all levels will bring any business the greatest return on investment.
Return on investment?
Yes. Communication is learned. I doesn’t get better overnight and it doesn’t get better by edict.
Okay, there you have it. If you want your sales to go up, you margins to increase, problems to decrease, improve communication.
